We want you to feel confident shopping with Oniya. If something is not right, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process clear, fair, and simple.

Return Eligibility

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging, tags, invoices, and certificates if provided.

  • Products must not show signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration
  • Returns are only accepted after inspection and approval by our quality team
  • Custom-made, engraved, resized, or personalized products are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery unless faulty on arrival
  • Gift cards, promotional items, and complimentary accessories

How To Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, we will share the next steps for pickup or shipment.

  • Email us at oniya2026d@gmail.com with your order reference
  • Securely pack the product in its original box and packaging
  • Do not ship any item back without return approval

Refund Process

After the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

  • Shipping, handling, and urgent delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds may be adjusted if the item is returned incomplete or in a damaged condition
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full unless a customization process has already started

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will review the case on priority and arrange a suitable resolution.

Exchange Support

Subject to availability, approved returns may also be exchanged for another item or size. Price differences, shipping charges, and special customization costs may apply.
